Business acumen is beneficial however with a good work ethic, willingness to learn and passion for the restaurant business – we can teach you what you need to know. Please note that you do need to be an Australian permanent resident or citizen to own a business in Australia. Our Franchise Partners come from all different backgrounds – from owning another business, having led a team in an organisation, worked in service oriented businesses or perhaps their first job was at Red Rooster. However what all the Franchise Partners share is the drive to succeed. They’re leaders and team players, hard-working and people focussed. They’re hands-on and love making people smile with exceptional customer service and delicious food. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service and the willingness to learn – you’re the right kind of person!
We’ll provide all the training you need to operate a successful quick service food franchise – even if you’ve had no previous experience! We’ll also offer opportunities for advanced training, wherever you are in your business journey. We strongly encourage our Franchise Partners to spend time working in their restaurants and perhaps grow to become a multi-site owner, so we provide any training you need to do exactly that.
